Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

UK Shipping

UK standard shipping (2nd class) is £1.65. Royal mail estimates 2-3 working days but honestly who knows anymore. If you want tracked I use Tracked48 which is £2.70. I have no idea what the 48 stands for, it's not how long it takes that's for sure, it's probably safe to say this still takes at least 2-3 days.

EU and Worldwide Shipping

For peace of mind, we only offer trackable international delivery. To EU destinations the cost is is £10 for the rest of the world the cost is £12.50. Deliveries will be made in 7-10 working days (estimated of course, see above re royal mail) after you place your order depending on your location.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

We cannot process or deliver on a Bank Holiday or Sundays.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at field.st.accessories@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
