About field.st
My Story

Hi! I'm Andrea, I design and make all the jewellery you'll find here and also run this little business.
field.st began with a simple belief: that colour has the power to transform not just how we look, but how we feel. After years of living overseas and working in product design, I found myself drawn to the endless possibilities of polymer clay – a medium that lets me bring bold, joyful visions to life. What started as creative experimentation has grown into something much more meaningful. I've discovered that when people embrace colour and make bold choices with what they wear, something magical happens. They stand a little taller, smile a little brighter, and step into their power with confidence.
Now splitting my time between Whanganui in New Zealand and London in the UK, I'm surrounded by incredible artists and makers who inspire me daily. field.st may be a one-woman business, but it's rooted in the rich creative communities I'm blessed to be part of.
My Process
Creating field.st pieces is where art meets engineering – and I love every moment of it. I design each piece, mix custom colours, and assemble everything by hand. Polymer clay is my go-to material because of its incredible versatility, but I'm always experimenting with how it can work alongside other mediums.
With my background in product design and accessibility, comfort is never an afterthought. Every piece needs to feel as good as it looks – because jewellery should enhance your day, not complicate it. Whether it's considering weight distribution for larger statement pieces or ensuring easy-to-use closures, the wearability is just as important as the visual impact.
My designs are rarely subtle, and that's intentional. These pieces are meant to make an outfit, make a statement, but most importantly – make you feel fabulous.
My Values
At the heart of field.st is a commitment to community over competition. The creative world is so much richer when we support each other, share knowledge, and celebrate one another's successes. I'm always available to offer support and advice to other makers, because the artists and makers in my life have given me so much.
I believe that everyone deserves to feel confident and joyful in what they wear. If my pieces can help you embrace colour, express your personality, and step into your power – then I've done my job.
